What we collect
- Name, phone, email and postcode when you quote, use the bot, or design a door or window.
- Product interest, timing, notes, and photos you upload of your home (visualiser or bot).
- Account email if you create a customer login to see quotes and fitted jobs.
- Staff notes and survey dates if we take your job on.
Why we use it
To call you back, survey, quote, fit, and handle snags or warranties. Lawful bases: our contract with you (or steps to quote), and legitimate interests in running a local installer. We do not sell your details. Quotes stay with Clear Choice — they are not passed to Distinction’s supplier network.
Who we share with
- CANDAI — our CRM and website bot (processor). Leads sit on the Clear Choice tenant so we can score, route and follow up.
- Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited — only if you ask for finance. They are a credit broker; finance is subject to status. See finance.
- Fitters and surveyors on our own team. Hosting for this website.
How long we keep it
Open quotes: while we are in touch, then up to 24 months if you do not go ahead. Fitted jobs and warranty records: typically 7 years after install. You can ask us to delete an unused enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to restrict how we use it. Email sales@clearchoicehome.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
